At eXp Realty, co-sponsorship is when two or more agents collaborate to help onboard, train, and support a new agent joining the brokerage. While only one person can officially be named as the sponsor, co-sponsorship allows you to combine forces—bringing the value, experience, and resources of multiple agents or teams to help that new agent succeed.

In my first year at eXp Realty, I had the privilege of mentoring up to 21 agents at a time, providing personalized guidance to help them build and grow their real estate businesses. During that time, I also successfully brought over 34 agents to eXp Realty, helping them tap into the innovative brokerage model and create opportunities for financial freedom and success.

As an eXp Certified Mentor and ExpressOffers Certified Agent, I work closely with both new and experienced agents to help them reach their full potential. Through my coaching program, TTA Coaching, I provide real estate professionals with the tools, strategies, and mindset they need to achieve lasting success.
